Orders placed for overnight service before 10:00 AM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends). Saturday delivery is not available at this time. Overnight shipments will ship via UPS.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. All international orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail and are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Vixen Brand.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Through the Route Policy, they provide shipping insurance for the customers’ online purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (“porch pirated” meaning the carrier reports the status as “delivered” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address and a police report has been filed).
